1. General terms for trading on Nicechairs.dk
The terms and conditions below applies to all deliveries from Nice - House of chairs ApS. The conditions applies in all cases when no other written agreement has been made.
All prices on www.Nicechairs.dk is in danish currency including 25% VAT, but without cost of shipping. Freigth is applied at the payment. Order abovt DKK 10.000,- is delivered free of charge.
The goods are ordered online and can be paid by using VISA/Dankort, Mastercard or Mobile Pay. The amount is withdrawn the day the items has been shipped. The entire amount - including shipment and VAT - are paid when ordering.
3. Check your order confirmation
Remember to check that all of your information is correct to prevent your order being deplayed. It´s important to indicate the correct floor and side if you live in an apartment.
4.A. Changing an order
Contact us by firstname.lastname@example.org if you discover an error. If you want to change the number of chairs on your order, please contact us at least 5 weekdays before the date of delivery.
4.B. Cancellation of an order
Always contact us if you wish to cancel your order. If you cancel after the order has been dispatched, we might not be able to stop the order and you might still receive SMS and emails.
5.A. Terms of delivery
We deliver in Denmark - Faroe Islands and Greenland excluded. If there occurs any error with your order, you will be contacted by us. DSV Transports is our partner, and their terms of delivery can be read here: https://dsvtransport.dk/salgs-og-leveringsbetingelser .
Seller is not responsible for any delay og lack of delivery, which is caused by the sellers provider, transport barrier, force majeure, valutarestrictions, lack of material or staff shortages, strike, lockout or other interruption of operation or any other cause outside sellers control. The order can not be cancelled in those cases where seller can not be held accountable. Seller is only responsible for delays or lack of delivery if seller has acted very negligently.
The seller is in no case bound to provide compensation for consequential losses, earnings or other indirect losses.
5.B. Delivery time
The goods will be delivered the following day, if the order is placed before 10 AM. There might be a longer delivery related to celebrations, vacations and Holidays. When delivering to Islands with no bridge there will be added 1-2 extra weekedays before delivery.
You must go through your order on delivery. Please contact us if a product if damaged or suffers from any deficiencies. It is your duty to document how the error occurs. You can read the applicable rules here:
You can complain about defects for up to two years after the product has been received. You can read which rules applies for complaints in Denmark right here: https://www.forbrug.dk/raad-og-rettigheder/forbrugerleksikon/reklamationsret/
According to danish legislation, you have 14 dags of cancellation when you trade online. This is calculated from the day you receive your goods. If your order is split up and delivered seperately, the time limit counts from the last part of the delivery.
If you regret your purchacse and wants to return the goods, please contact us by email: email@example.com. Buyer is obligated to pay for the return shipment.

There is a general reservation for force majeure, type errors, picture errors, change of prices, obsolete goods and supplier failure.
